 Young Enterprise Area Final

 

 

This year’s Ockbrook School Young Enterprise Company, Graffiti Productions represented the School at the Area Final on Monday evening.

 

The event, held at Rolls Royce in Derby was the culmination of a great deal of hard word from company members in Year 12.  In order to reach the event students had previously submitted a Business Plan, Company Report and had participated in the competition’s Trade Fair at The Westfield Centre earlier in the month.

 

At the Area Final students were judged on their trade stand, interviewed on their company year and completed a ten minute presentation using PowerPoint.

 

Students produced a very polished performance and delivered an informative presentation on their company year. 

 

At the end of the evening Graffiti Productions were announced as one of the runners up in the event.  As a result of their achievements we are now looking forward to Graffiti’s participation in this year’s County Final to be held at the Riverside Centre in Derby in May.  Congratulations to everyone involved in Graffiti Productions.  We wish them luck as they progress to the next stage of the competition.
